Panerai Submersible - my grail watch

The Panerai Submersible has been my grail watch for about 5 years now and finally got my hands on one (post extensive discussions, reviews and so on). I absolutely love it! It looks great on the wrist, build quality is superb and really, if panerai marketed the way Rolex does (in F1, tennis etc), the panaristi crowd would be in several millions

Also, did you have any trouble changing the buckle? Changing the strap seems straight forward but the buckle seems quite difficult, to the extent that I’ve not been able to change it yet.

I hope you do. I couldn’t afford the carbotech version (it was some 15k usd and frankly I felt it was overpriced) but that version also looks amazing

it's a tight fit and I never found a secret process, it just took patience :)

My wife finally helped me with a needle. I put the needle into the box for future use 😂
