Got my new croton today

Got this for a steal and it really needed some cleaning. The case had tons of crud all in the nooks and crannies and I had to use a pin drop amount of oil on the screws for the case back. Let me tell you that this was a PITA to get the back of the case to come out of the front shell, there was tons of gunk stuck in between the two. It also came with its original strap and buckle ..the strap I tried to save but it split where the spring bars go, but in the one picture u can see croton written on the back of the strap!..it's faded but it's there lol. The buckle is being soaked to clean it up because it was green from oxidation it will clean up nice I believe and I'll install it on a new strap!.I didn't mess with the movement because it's out of my league and I'll have to send it somewhere to get serviced eventually.. the watch came out really nice after I was done and put it on a black leather nato band and took some pictures with it next to its brother. I must say it was a learning experience and I'm looking forward to the next hunt for a awesome croton for a great price!.any other questions please ask..thanks for looking!!

That is fantastic! Very interested in getting to know this vintage brand!

What is the case diameter of your sweet pieces?

This is small by today's standards but I also have a 6.5 inch wrist..it's 33 mm. Theses smaller pieces wear bigger than the specs would suggest and are much more comfortable throughout the day than say my black bay 41mm on a bracelet ..I got a few good crotons I might part with one if your interested.
