Just saw an article on Goggle News. Seems a YouTuber, a MrBeast, claimed to have acquired a new gold Rolex then went into a pawn store to see what he could get for it. He claims he paid $14,000 for it then sold it for $7,200.
I find this amusing on a few counts. One, he took a big loss. Second, you can’t buy a new gold Rolex for $14,000. The cheapest I found at MSRP was a 28 mm Lady-Datejust at $26,000.
Something isn’t right.
Just an example why I do not pay attention to YouTub, etc.

He's insanely rich so it's nothing to him. Like 100 million rich.
Also many of the big YouTubers are professional bullshitters. Anything to get attention. So I ignore it all and blocked many channels.
But there's also many creators who do fantastic work and genuinely funny too. But it's a different area of YouTube.
Many videos where they seemingly make a "loss" is actually insanely profitable for them. It's all bullshit and I'd guess 90% isn't even real. Often even with hired actors.
I Smell summit - 🐂💩
🤣
My main chuckle is how do you buy a "new gold" Rolex for $14,000. Can't be done unless its a fake.

Yeah, just looked it up. Insane.
We all need to invest in some equipment, give some competition and get our cut! 😂
