My kid showing off his “Fancy (mechanical) Watch”
This is a cool story… along the years I have become more and more of a Seiko fan, at all levels. This one I got from an antique store, for something close to 20 bucks, and spent aditional USD 20 bucks to have it properly running. Initially it was for my wife, but she is not into “small” and vintage watches. Yesterday, we went to have lunch, and my kid dressed up (as cool as he possibly could) and asked me for one of my Rolex, I said, that all my watches are theirs (his and his sisters), but a Rolex is not for an 8-yr old to wear, since I am not DJ Khaled. Instead I offered a cool, just-serviced, mechanical, vintage Seiko and he loved it!!!
Love watches... enjoying what there is to enjoy of every piece. Favorites are, Seiko, Tudor, Rolex, Omega, JLC, Panerai and Grand Seiko.
