The help? How old (approximately) is this watch? Pretty sure both the bracelet & dial were replaced. The case measures at 34.7mm by 10.8 thick.

Need to see what movement is in it but my initial thought is 60's.
I bought this Omega for my mother back in the day and she wore it a lot over the years. You can pick these up preowned quite reasonably.
It looks 60s. The movement number would give you the year of manufacture.
That was the Seller's approximate to. I'll have to look back to see if I have any movement pics.
