Dials UNBIASED opinions!

  1. Post a good quality dial pic ⌚
  2. Blur or cover the brand and text on the dial as to give no clue to what watch it is 👌.
  3. Let's share our UNBIASED opinions on the quality of the dial (Printing, texture, markers, finishing etc...)👍

I'll start. On your marks, get set, GO🚦😃!

What are your thoughts on this one, pricepoint🤷🏻‍♂️ 🤔🤭?

Not a fan of the salmon color on this one.  I do like the applied markers, although the 1 looks higher than the 2 in the "12".  I feel like the color of the seconds hand is not a true blued hand, but painted, so that would likely put this watch below $2500.  Depending on the brand, movement inside and where its made.  I'd guess the watch would be in the $1000 to $2500 range.

The watch does have a thermal blued seconds hand, but you are spot on about the price $2395.00 👍😀.

You really have me intrigued with that watch 🤔. I haven't seen that patern of 'tapisserie' dial before. I can't make out if it is hand carved or stamped... It is beautiful thow. I really like the sword end type indices as well.

I'll go for hand made dial priced at $6000 😀🤭!

It's cut for sure.  This is a high-end watch with a high end movement to accompany.  So that pushed the price of this watch north of $20K.  One clue it doesn't have an off the shelf movement is the color match date wheel.  99% of the time you see that you're going to have an in house movement.

Ah YES, Czapek 🙌😃! Superb watches. I first saw them on YT on the WatchesTV channel. They are truly amazing 💪👍. Thanks for sharing such a beauty! The watch I posted is a Montblanc Heritage automatic. I find it's well excecuted for the price 😀. I like the engraving on the back as well 😊.

Now I'm sure that watch would be a lot more expensive if it had one of the Minerva movements.

Here is another one for you.  It does not have in in-house movement.

Mind boggling because the work looks like that of Laine 😀. In that case the watch would be from 8500CHF to 10500CHF. But the lugs seem shorter and stubbier on this one. The moonfrosting on the dial looks nice 👌. I like it but can't make up my mind on the price, pretty good exercise...$3500 is my guess 😉.

It's a Laine.   This model runs about 8K.  It appears to have an Unitas 6498 with custom decorated bridges.

I was in the ball park with my educated guess 😅😀. I didn't know he used a Unitas as a a base movement. Very eye catching watch👍👌. Good choice!

Anyone up for the challenge 😉🤔😲👍🤙?!

That's an Ophion watch. Reasonably priced and well made imo. Wish they would come out with new variants already.

Nice catch🧐😃⌚!

I'm really on the fence about getting an Ophion with Radial dial this year 🤔. They have that total transparency going on when manufacturing the watch. Their pieces are niche and unique in that matter. I love what they've done to that Unitas movement and the welded lugs on the case are just sick 😎🤙🙌.

You're out of luck on that one.  It's a Czapek and this green was a limited run for Fratello Jewelers.  However, Czapek just announced they would not be taking any new orders for this model in any color until after Watches and Wonders 2023.   They are not expected to get through their current order backlog until end of 2023.
