I bought a U2/22 some years ago ,I find it to be a good watch, interesting dial with the cut outs for the date and the compass round the edge ,the plain bezel Is a bit of a scratch magnet ,I do find it hard to match a strap due to the orange main body of the watch
They're very nice indeed, I own x3 (thus far). A MBIII (GMT), WR22 and I have a special project S302 coming next month. Customer service is better than any other brand I've bought (Rolex, Omega etc). A tour of the factory is well worth it and their events are amazing
Bremont is an underrated brand on the rise. I own an Arrow, and I started to really enjoy it. I must confess it wasn't love at first sight, but as soon as I began to add it to my rotation, I discovered that it has a distinct personality. The case makes it unique. It feels different on the wrist. I soon started to prefer it, and it became my daily wearer. I consider Bremont overpriced for the moment, yet I understand what they are trying to achieve in the long run, and I'm a supporter.

These guys are like a Monty Python skit.
“My dad worked with Steven Hawking back in the 70’s.”
“No he didn’t! You’re making that up”
“No I’m not. I’ll tell you what. I’ll name a watch after him, I will. Would I name a watch after Steven Hawking if I didn’t know someone who met him?”
“Well, I suppose not.”
“I saw the Concorde once”
“I suppose you named a watch after that too, didn’t you?”
“Of course I did. Everyone loves the Concorde”
“People love the Wright Brothers too”
“Well, hold onto your hat because I’ve got something you’re not gonna believe!!!!!”
Cue Monty Python music

I’d never looked at it like that before but yeah that’s so true and very funny.

I love that unique date window I’m also a big fan of the field watch vibe
