I wish there was a different name for this type of world timer. Maybe a “point in time” world timer? Just very different from an actual world timer in that this setup requires you to reset the bezel to the gmt hand every time you check the time. Put otherwise, if you line the bezel up with the GMT hand, the time becomes inaccurate once you pass the top of the next hour.
Has definitely whetted my appetite for a real world timer though!
