It's a nice watch. 36mm wears nice on my 6.75" wrist. It's been really accurate. I do understand what people mean now when they say the Miyota movement is louder (my other auto has a Powermatic 80). I don't mind the noise.

Yes. I opened up another Type II because I wanted to see if I could change the gaskets myself to enhance waterproofing, and I noticed that there was actually a timing adjustment screw (the golden screw at the 3 o'clock position). So similar to today's 9F movement, if you really wanted to, you could adjust the movement faster or slower. So definitely not the typical disposable quartz that people think of nowadays.
The 34mm green looks like it has diamond markers though. The blue does look like a smaller version if the 41mm without othrr changes.
