I believe they're one of the few last independent Swiss watchmakers, and they develop their own in-house movements. I have two of their watches and I'm a fan. Their quality is excellent and I've yet to see a watch with better AR on the sapphire.
Their new releases - "neo-vintage" as they call it - appeal to me, and I saw some vintage Patek influences in their chrono. Small seconds hand on their three-hander, sector dials, all good stuff. I'm not a fan of moon phase watches, so that one didn't appeal to me. I thought it was interesting that they're using PVD gold plating, a process that Invicta takes a bunch of shit about, but I don't mind because it's actually more robust.
I love RW and would definitely buy another of their watches.
My Freelancer gmt Worldtimer is my favourite purchase from last year and I think their newer lines look great.
