Couple of Casio SKXMods Projects from Today
Put these together earlier today. The AE1200WH-1A got a complete SKXMods package with a sanitized, polished stainless steel case and bracelet, while the B650WD-1ACF just got a brown leather SKXMods leather strap. The quality of the case was incredible but the bracelet did have one issue. Luckily I had watched a couple of YouTube videos and a couple of the reviewers had problems breaking bracelet screws. I had one that backed out just a bit and stuck, but as soon as I felt resistance I hit it with a little penetrating oil and let it set for a few minutes. After soaking a bit, it backed right out.
The case and bracelet change the character of the watch completely, giving it a nice heft and a quality feel. I’m already itching to do another. I think the next will be a F105W-1A in a stainless case with a leather strap. I think I’ll try a Vario strap on this one.

It’s very comfortable also. It might feel just a little odd on wrist as the band is as heavy as the watch.
