Could someone show me a picture of their Erebus watch in this position. I haven’t been able to find this exact orientation on the Erebus website. I would like to see the relationship between the lugs and the case back. I don’t wear Seiko dive watches for the most part, because I don’t like the relationship of their lugs to their protruding rounded case back. The 5sports watches just feel to me like I am wearing a golf ball on my wrist. I would like to buy a Erebus watch and support Jodi but I don’t want to end up with a watch I don’t enjoy wearing. Thanks!

Sorry, don't have an Erebus watch for you, but wanted to clarify what the issue with Seiko divers was? I have a Seiko diver, but it's not the Seiko 5; do the lugs protrude straight out?
Does this work?

I’m not sure if the lugs don’t “droop” enough to suit me or if its idea that the case back seems to have a smaller flat area than most. They just have a rounded feel on my wrist like they’re kind of raised and top heavy. Probably just me.

Got it, makes sense. For what it's worth, I think Seiko's marinemaster cases (1968 reinterpretations, not the latest 62MAS version) have lugs that turn down quite a bit, so should fit the wrist well. Here's my SPB383 for reference:

That watch would be fine. Love the case shape!

This is a watch on my radar. People knock the price, but I think it actually punches way above its weight when it comes to fit and finish.
Here's some close ones, too.

Agree. There are definitely some signs of overall poor QC, but at the end of the day, I think this is one of the best looking dive watches period. It's a noticeable improvement, even compared with previous MM200 reinterpretations IMHO.
That said, a discount never hurts! I was able to get 30% off around Black Friday, so definitely shop around!
