Yes, it has the seiko vh31 so it ticks four times a second, I believe this is to attempt to mimic the GS spring drive smooth ticking
Love a NATO but they get wet and don’t dry quickly, which is an issue for me as I am in and out of water quite often. Bracelets tend to be the best for me but might wear a nato in summer for breathability
