A mechanical one seems plausible but it would make some noise and have longevity issues.
I have no idea how those smart watch skins or whatever they are called work, but getting that done for the big fruit company's product seems utterly doable.
I'm in if one can be made!
I can’t believe I watched that until that minute hand popped. I would never get anything done because I’d be constantly waiting to see the hands pop.
