It's not the same for every watch, but I feel very comfortable from 38 to 42, even 44 in some cases.

36mm-40mm is my range, but you’re right. I can somehow pull off a Casio Duro
This seems pretty accurate. My wrist is 7.25” and anything from 39-43 fits me well.
