I think I’m done with mechanical watches!
The cheapest quartz watch keeps better time than any mechanical watch. The lack of being able to keep good time and constantly having to wind up and reset the time. I’m done are you?

I think mechanicals are awesome peace of engineering, but servicing them is a put off for me .
I don't much mind hand wind three handers, but the marginal utility of mechanical watches diminishes much quicker than it does with quartz.
After many years of collecting I have accumulated more than enough mechanicals, so I generally look to quartz now when the inevitable itch screams to be scratched.

Sound like you're done with watches in general. A phone is better time keeper.
