My personal Swatch Blancpain response.
Hey watch crunchers! I recently have been enjoying the hobby by modding watches I already own or building custom watches for my self and family members from scratch. That’s when it hit me! I wonder if they have parts that I can build my own personal homage to the Blancpain fifty fathoms. And you know what?! I found them! The photos are a sneak speak to come! Of course I’ll be putting out a post of the full build once it’s complete. I also have 4 other custom builds coming out soon so stay tuned.
Now does that mean I will never buy the Swatchpain down the road?! Come on man this is Watch collecting so there is no such thing as never. Stay Crunchy ✌️😉

Nah nah truthfully the fifty fathoms and Rolex sub was always my grail watch battling it out in my mind. I was on the road to saving the money but when I finally had enough saved I was like “ damn do I really want to tie up 10-15k in a watch right now. Then I turned to custom homaging the watch to see how well I would like it. After getting the Sub in the bag I realized I was perfectly happy with that for now until I’m older for the real thing. Obviously the swatch release motivated me to make the build sooner but hey what can I say. Hype is hype sorry if your tired of seeing about it Kev
