Seiko Recraft in Blue Dial. Fallen Zero.

I put this watch in my checked-in luggage and felt really sad when I noticed that the "0" from the number 10 got detached from the dial. It's already in a watch case. But still this happened.

Did this scenario also happened to anyone of you?

Can it still be fixed?

My grandson lost an hour marker on his Lorus, luckily I managed to fit it back in place.
