Try removing the Strap and look in between the lug width if there is a point where you can insert a tool. Possibly early 70s to mid rough guess
I got my guess on an ETA 555 quartz movement which was used in the 70s

I can’t workout how to remove the case back?
It’s probably a front loading movement held in by the crystal, it will have a split stem so be careful. I would take it to a professional.
