Explorer 124270 36mm

Not as small as you would think. After 2 weeks the size really started making sense to me. At first, I was not having it. Almost regretted acquiring it. Now I'm rethinking my watch collection in terms of size. I believe in a small collection to enjoy your timepieces. A Tudor Pelagos 39 and a Tissot PRX 80 35mm MOP will join the Explorer in a 3 watch collection. Going out - Speedmaster 3861 hesalite, Sla057 and Seiko SKX007K. Both seikos on Ebay for sale. This watch collecting is crazy.

This watch is incredible. I owned one for 2 months before my daughter (not a watch person at all) asked for it as a Birthday gift. I couldn't say no. The dimensions are awesome. The size worked perfectly for me at 7.5 inches on wrist. She looks great in it as well.

Looks good! Enjoy it!

Definitely agree on the size,I got 37mm diver and thought oh no what have I been doing with these 40mm monsters ahhh 😳won't go above 38mm unless special circumstances.

·

yeah had the same change of heart when I got my Longines Spirit 37mm. Just made so much more sense, because the size lets you wear it whenever you want. Now my collection is between 36mm and 38mm ;)

Depending on your taste and wrist size. Speedy 3861 wore great on my 17cm or just under 7 inch wrist but the the watch has a big dial. The lug to lug is great but the dial just didn't seem right. Again just personal taste and wearing experience with me. Try it on first. Smaller watches always look better than a larger watch looking too big. Hope that helps.

Explorer 214270 MK2 and Speedy 3861 comparison. The dials present larger. Wear great but bigger dials.
