Seiko SPB243J
This was the watch that got me into watches, and Seiko in particular.
I just love its simplistic, yet purposeful style. The fact that it is based on the original Alpinist is a bonus as I appreciate the historical context.
I also like the grey dial, and in some lighting it gives off a very nice brownish tinge.
The only thing I would change is to delete the date window altogether. Then the dial would have perfect symmetry to it.
Oh, and I would also get rid of that silly ‘x’..
