I'm not one to push my own interests on my kids (said every dad ever), but my son expressed the want for a watch about a year ago. Keep in mind, he was 6 years old and we thought he just wanted one because he saw me wearing them. I decided to initiate him, I mean buy him a watch, so I got him my first watch, the Casio F91W. In the beginning he seemed excited, but that comes with all new toys and things for kids. But after a few months he started to show the signs... He wouldn't take if off at night, wanted to time everything, and wanted to know all the functions. My wife thinks its hilarious, but it does warm my heart that he shares my love for watches just like I did at his age. I know he'll proudly wear my watches one day 🥹. Do y'all's kids like watches? If so, at what age did they start wearing one?
Casio collector since the 90s, recently got into mechanical/automatic watches.
