Casio MTS-100D-1AV

what's the pros and cons of this particular model aka Casio sapphire and is it a good value for the money ๐Ÿ’ฐ?

I would say so, if you can get your hands on it, get it. If you can get it with a discount, even better.

It's just a basic quartz watch. The pros are right there on the dial, it has a sapphire crystal and a 10-year battery life. You'll probably throw it away before you need to change the battery.

The significant negative is the bracelet. The links are folded, the end links are hollow, and the clasp is junk (and has only two micro-adjustment holes). If you've ever had problems with watch bracelets pulling your arms hairs, you'll probably also have problems with this one.

I have no idea (a) how much the watch costs or (b) what YOU value in watches, so I cannot tell you if it is a good value for money. I wouldn't buy it unless it were very cheap. I'd pick a Casio Duro over this every time.

The watch ist cheap, around 110 CHF here in switzerland. 100 CHF on a leatherstrap. The same as a Duro.
