Finally got my wrist on this bad boy …

… I’ve been after the Santos Or Massif for a while now. Initially the Carree version caught my eye but it’s hard to find in good condition. Plus, because they’re automatic they’re close to 20k and we’ll above 25k if you get it in great condition.

This is the Carrier Santos Galbée Or Massif (18k solid gold) in 29mm with a Quartz movement, purchased in 1995. I bought it as a Vintage watch slightly used and polished.

What do you think?

Looks great. Does it feel heavy?

The look is fantastic. How does it feel?

Looks great! I love such watches but always find it difficult to pair with an outfit. Do you wear this casually?

A stunning piece. It seems that you got a great find.

Omg. Zaddy chill. This is 100% a vibe. Nice purchase 👏🏼

@lesslucid @DocFrenchie it is oddly heavy. The watch is much smaller than my large Santos but weighs almost the same. Love that about it.

Definitely not too easy. Might even depend on the season lol. Since I’m usually white skinned but get a proper tan in summer it fits well my skins a bit darker. It can even go with a simple white tshirt and jeans - haven’t matched it formally yet.

That is a stunning watch! I’ve never physically seen one but would love to put one on my wrist sometime.
