First Indian Watch in the collection
I have been itching to add an Indian watch to my collection and I had been looking at watches from Bangalore Watch Company, Delhi Watch Company, Titan, etc., but did not go ahead with the purchase for one reason or the other. It feels fitting to add a HMT to the collection as it represents what frugal engineering is all about. Yes, it is a cheap watch (about $10), but it does the job of telling time well and it represents something.
