You can never go back...that's what I think when I wear this '90's Bulova. In '94 I got a promotion and to celebrate I bought my first "good" watch, a Bulova copy of the then popular Tags, in titanium, splashy chrono face Marine Star. I wore it for 20 years until a battery change failed to bring it back to life. When I started to look at wearing a watch again I looked on ebay and low an behold there wasn't one, but two at the same dealer. I bought them both (about $150 each) thinking that it was the perfect watch them and wouldn't it be now? Not so much. This must have looked like everything my 34 year old self needed to dress up that blue blazer and khakis world. As Tom Wolfe said, you really never can go home again.
