Comfit or Bonklip for my Seamaster 300?

Been wearing it on a Staib a lot lately & fancy a change...

So do I go for a Comfit (18mm thick, sprung horned ends) which I could wear on multiple watches if I wanted to.

Or the Comfit, with fixed 21mm lug width (still 18mm).

Its the Heritage model, not the modern Diver, see pic below in comments

Or do you have any alternatives suggestions?

Which is more secure?

Any experience with either would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you 👍

Have both.

For security, I would say it is a wash tbh.

The Komfit is a bit more fiddly to take off, just due to it's design, so it is very secure, and can technically be resized while still attached, but again it is a lil fiddly so you need to practice.

The Klip is much easier to take on/off, and it isn't flimsy at all, however to adjust you do need to unclip, then reclip to new size.

Far as comfort goes, again they both are some of the MOST comfortable steel I've ever worn, full stop. So kinda a wash.

The Klip breathes sooooo well, and it literally feels like wearing nothing. And doesn't even pinch your arm hairs IMO.

The Komfit is very breathable as well, and boy howdy is it smooth when on wrist. The mesh is machined very well, silky smooth.

IMO, for your specific watch I'd almost go Komfit. My reasoning would be the Klip by it's design is more geared for an art deco/WWII vibe.

Whereas the Komfit is a tad more universal looking and fits a wider swath of watch heads, again IMO, YMMV.

Far as sizing goes, I have a 6.5" and went with the standard OG size for two reasons.

  1. This way I have plenty of extra space to wear over outerwear.

  2. The owner of the rebranded Forstner recommended the standard size via email chat.

If you didn't want as much excess and have a smaller wrist the shorter size might work better. Pics in next post.

Again, both of these bracelets are IMO, the most comfortable steel I've ever worn. Seriously. For my uses and wear they are worth the cost.

They look great. Wear light. And don't look like every single other steel bracelet out there.
