Kentucky Derby - Piece on Waltham Watches

The Kentucky Derby broadcast just had a piece on Waltham stopwatch and it importance to horse racing in the US.

Just rewatched the piece it was called The American Watch Company at the time. I knew it went through a few names.

My first watch was a Waltham, A 17 jewel incabloc movement dress watch , it was given to me by my great uncle ….

Yeah, it was an interesting piece. I have a pocket watch that says Am Watch Co. Waltham.
