I’ve sold watches on eBay and traded on WATCHUSEEK.COM

and WATCHINTYME.COM (but better luck on watchuseek.com).

You’re going to find more watch snobs, IMO, on watchuseek, but there’s far more activity there.

Ebay for me, but I always wait 'til they have a huge discount on their final value fees. I regularly get 80% off this. Never list when they'll take the full fee, it's bonkers!

reddit watchexchange has always been good for me. You can view the number of previous transactions from a seller or buyer, which adds some confidence to it. Asking prices are lower thanks to no fees, but the trade off is no protection.

I’ve been hoping for something similar to get started on here. Just a separate corner for selling/trading.

I haven’t seen these discounts advertised. Where do you find out when these fees are reduced?
thanks, friend! I’m trying to sell my Damasko ds30 now on Watchuseek and with their recent changes, I’m wondering if my listing is getting picked up by Watchrecon…

I have the app on my phone and they are regularly advertised in my messages inbox in app and on the homepage of the app as big, colourful banner ads. I’m in Scotland tho, so maybe it’s a regional thing? I would hope not though! hth 👍

And just like that, one pops up. They tend to do this over weekends.

This is super helpful-thank you! I’ll download the app and see if I can find similar ads.

I've had the best luck on Reddit. eBay takes way way way too much of a fee. On Reddit, just go with your gut and make sure the buyer has other transactions.
