Seiko 5 SNXS77
I'm wearing the Seiko 5 SNXS77 since four months ago and I'm completely in love with it. It is my first automatic watch and now I understand why is a no brainer when it comes to entry level automatic watch world. Love the brand's history and heritage on watchmaking innovation. No issues with the accuracy so far, and my life style allows me to meditate on the relativity of time more than be worried about exact time keeping. Love the sunburst blue dial, sometimes is dark blue, sometimes is light and sometimes is like the sky. I get hypnotised watching the seconds hand sweep and it's heartbeat remind me I have kind of a living object on my wrist. I didn't buy it because it is supposed to be a Rolex homage but because it is beautiful watch, and that's why I put this gorgeous Portuguese blue leather strap on it (with this strap the "UFO" sits perfectly on my wrist, by the way). Basically I don't want it on a Oyster or Jubilee AlieExpress brazelet: I want a nice watch as an extension of my personality. Of course I will own a high end timepiece someday, but I'm certain that budget isn't a limitation for watch enthusiasm. Nice polish finishings and beautiful applied markers, perfect size for my 6.8 in wrist. Beautiful watch overall, couldn't be more happy!
