Covered lugs can be tricky. I say Speidel Twist-o-flex but make sure the lug width is the same as something else you have in case it doesn't clear the hood.

Probably something close to OEM, like the bracelets they came on, but if you want a strap, I would always go for rubber with digital watches, a black rubber strap would look good
