WWV Time Beacon

Does anyone else set their watch or clocks using the WWV Shortwave Radio station? Or any others time beacons around the world?

Atomic time in Denver.

You guys have Station CHU run by the National Research Counsil on 3330, 7850 and 14670 kHz if you can’t get the WWVB Atomic Clock.

No. I go to Time.is on line, atomic clock. And I regulate my watches based on that, the phone apps and shortwave can have a magnetic affect on watches, why go through that when you can pull the exact time to the second free and fast?

I used to call th US Naval Observatory (USNO) master clock phone line.

(202) 762-1401

Still available if you don’t have the radio gear to receive shortwave.
