State of the Collection
Happy Friday everyone!
First time sharing my STOC. The watches in order from left to right, are the earliest to my latest pickups. It has taken many years to get here!
Pic 1: The Pie Pan constellation was passed down from my grandpa, the Speedy Pro a gift, the 1603 DJ was my first ever Rolex which my wife chipped in for as a wedding gift. These three have the most sentimental value and are the only watches I wouldn’t part with.
Pic 2: 75090 Tudor Sub with a 75190 bracelet, two tone Buckley dial 16013 and a Speedy Reduced with a reverse panda dial.
Pic 3: GS SBGH311 and a Casio F-91W
I feel that I’m set with what I have but am always thinking about the future 😅. Maybe a vintage dress watch something to pair on a nice strap 🤔
Watches that have come and gone. 114270 Explorer and a BB58. Maybe a 14270 Explorer one day, I had issues with the 114270’s bracelet sizing on my 6.25 inch wrist.

That pie pan is gorgeous, not easy to find with the original bor bracelet, your grandpa had great taste!

That is part of it, but for me I think it just wasn't my perfect choice. The dial was really the one thing I was in love with, but the size was tough. I changed my mind as soon as I tried on a SBGW313 and the 36.5mm case and hand wind thickness felt so much better.

That F-91 is dope (obviously, along with everything else in your amazing collection). If you like that, check out F105W. It's the same with EL, which I think is much better.

Damn. That is a very classy set. A similar style of watche that I hope to have in my collection is a vintage Rado golden horse.
