I'm not a fan of the blue variant, and I'd really like to get this out of the way so I can be done with this Microbrand once and for all. If anything, how Spinnaker has chosen to address their botched release makes me appreciate the bold moves Studio Underd0g and Mr.Jones have done to cripple bad actors in the after market space.

Yea, it's mainly because shill bidders were given free reign to dictate what it's arbitrary scalping price should've been, and they started it at $3k-4k through manipulated biddings on eBay.
An experience horologer can recognize the ridiculousness of this due to the fact that it's powered by a mere NH38, but normal people don't know that. It doesn't help when Spinnaker decided to maintain Black as a Limited Edition by making Blue a pre-order option.
