This is an original design from San Martin.

When I first saw the renders, it reminded me of the Wornandwound collab with Timex. But that’s just the colour choice, because everything else is very different from that watch.

I think that San Martin did a great job with this one. I would personally change the GMT text and arrow from red to orange and just paint the tip of the seconds hand orange to match it.

As is, I think there is too many different colours.
