Hamilton khaki titanium rotor problem

So few weeks ago I noticed: when I handwinding my khaki titanium 38mm after like 20 turns crown moves really hard and rotor start spining... A week ago Its happened once again. So I give the watch to check.... Its came back -..... ''nothing wrong with your watch ''.... I don't know... I try reach watch lab and talk with person who's checked my watch... With no success...

I suspect it's an issue with the reversing wheel (the part that allows the rotor to wind the mainspring bi-directionally). It either needs to be replaced or it needs to lubricated.

Send it somewhere else, it's clearly got an issue! Good luck 🤞🏻

The click might be slipping and unwinding causing the rotor to spin.

Same thoughts... I did eventually talked to the lab... They don't opened the watch. Do visuale checks - rotor moving... I will try to send it once more cause its under warranty.

Spins with crown moves only... And watch do work.. After sometime, if I not use it its kind of OK...

Get a secound opinion. If they say the same thing have them explain why this is “normal” if they claim that. Chances are the first person you took it to isn’t sure what’s wrong and people find it difficult to say “I don’t have the answer.” If I where a watch maker and I came across something new I would have made a phone call to a more experienced professional and been transparent with you.

In combination with hand winding and the rotor spin this sounds really similar to the early SW200 issues.

I read about the sw200 issue. I Don't know. Watch is new. H10 movement. Like one year... Next week I will try my luck once more. Kind annoying. Until know I have Citizen eco-drive(30years old my first watch) and G-shock g-7700(15...). I am engineer so I like stuff like that.... Year ago I decide to spoil my self with something different... mechanical watch.

Soo... Update. 2.5 months ago I get a call from the store - bring the watch once again (week before that I talk to some from Hamilton... I probably mentioned QA/QC issues ... stuff like that... of respectable brand like Hamilton... OK.. )So Today I get a call from store and rush to get the watch. Two small gear wheels from photo are responsible of the problem.
