Admittedly some Christmas Eve traditions are wackier than others however the oldest McDonald's still in existence happens to be in my neighborhood and it is also the LAST ONE in the Continental U.S. that still FRIES their HOT APPLE PIES rather than baking them. They are delicious!!! I use holidays as an excuse for some NOSTALGIC GOODNESS with my morning coffee. Hawaii is the only other U.S. state where McDonald's still fries their pies which is just another reason to visit the Aloha State. I've been wearing my Christmas Breitling early ever since I got it but it was just too tempting to leave beneath the tree.
