My feeling is that it's not worth very much. I'll guesss it's from the 80s ,and by then Jules Jurgensen was an inexpensive ,primarily quartz ,fashion brand.
Jules Jurgensen is quite an old (but now defunct) Danish brand. Recently saw a restart under the name Urban Jürgensen, led by master watchmaker Kari Voutilainen.
I don’t think the made in Japan quartz you show here is worth a lot money, somewhere around the $100 mark (unless it’s solid gold, which i doubt). But def don’t take my word for it!

This one sold on eBay for $50 USD and a few were going for less.
