G shock Help

G shocks are a bit of a minefield for me. I find the amount of models confusing. I’m looking for a g shock which also has a pedometer function. Are these a thing? I don’t necessarily need a full smart watch just one that counts my steps when out hiking etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
