1940s Pre-Seamaster Omega with their first bumper auto, the 30.10 in a "jumbo" 37mm gold-fill case. Purchased from a well-known and colorful collector in Zurich who claimed this was a one-off design prototype. Could be. Or just an early Frankenwatch ;)
