Hi All,
I came across this watch a few days ago and looks very appealing. The model is now discontinued. I have never handled a B&R watch and am not all that familiar with the brand.
The list price of $3,600 seems a bit steep for the specs.
Does anyone have any experience with B&R watches as well as this particular model?
Thanks

Very cool looking watch...unfortunately, haven't owned a B&R yet!
Not owned one, but handled one.
Nice watches, what you'd expect for the money. 👍🏻👍🏻
This is the first one I've seen that isn't square

I had come close to buying B&Rs a few times, but was never able to pull the trigger when I arrived at the crime scenes. Somehow, I had always walked away with something other than a B&R.
To me, B&R are cool watches. I love the way they look. However, I can’t get over the fact that these are fashion watches. Nothing really special, but very expensive. Also, I see a lot of youngsters with B&Rs.. and when I do, I say to myself.. maybe when I was 20 years younger…
Same movement. Nothing there that makes it almost 5x the cost and into Tudor territory to me.

Yeh. I can see that. Thanks
I had a B&R V2-92 Garde Cotes version last year which is essentially the same as the Aeronvale in a different colorway. In hand, it has a very premium feel which you would expect for the price. I really liked the size and the thinness (12 mm) but felt that the 22 mm lug width was a a bit too wide and I would have preferred a 20 mm lug width (a small quibble). You can find B&R V2-92s used for about the price of a Christopher Ward or Monta and the B&R is a clear step up from those.
Ultimately I sold it, primarily because the color pallate wasn't for me but I was impressed by B&R overall.
