1968 Vintage Seiko Hi-beat this one's dial says Suwa plant but the movement was made in the Daini plant. The special movements made in Daini also have 3 adjustments unlike the Suwa movements as the were originally intended for export to North America market but were kept in Japan because of the early popularity of the Lord Marvels. There's a trick to finding the Daini movements look for the T AD at the end of the 8039 model number. Which denotes it as an export model. Not all of them have a Dainiseikosai movement but none of the other 8039 models do.

Interesting for me Tad was my nickname growing up and this watch was "born" about 6 months after me.
