I was looking at my collection and noticed a lot of my chronos had subdials at 3 and 9. I thought I only had a couple of variations but then I had a good look through, and realised that I have quite a few different layouts.
Mainly they are chronograph registers or subdials for the running seconds, but there are also date subdials, dual time, moonphase and a central tide disc. I used to think that colour was my thing, but maybe these variations in dial layout are just as much of an attraction.
In my collection are:
3 only
6 only
9 only
10 only
12-6
2-6-10
3-6-9
3-9
3-7
6-9-12
Centre (tide disc)
Watches on my wishlist would also give me:
7:30 only
4:30-9
6-9
6-9:30
I'm sure there's an unlimited number of variations. Is this just my thing, or are other crunchers attracted to it?

Thanks for the interest, but no, this Geckota is still in its honeymoon period with me. There is one for sale on eBay (number 77 of 80).
