Looking for a cheap 'Deck Watch'

I'm looking for an affordable/cheap deck watch under $500. A deck watch I believe is a German marine design used on navy vessel decks. Generally recognizable by the simple dial and 'railroad' minute surrounds. The cheapest I found is Elysee, though their isn't much info on the brand. Does anyone know of any other brands with this style of watch at a good price or know more about Elysee?

This Laco is $440.00 usd. From Laco site. I own one. It’s not waterproof, though.

Not sure at that price point, if you could jump on to the next tier, below $1,000, Stowa and Archimede are great options in my opinion.
