I believe all Crystal Sevens ran 52xx movements. They were phased out in the late 70s as Citizen moved to 82xx movements for their entry-level automatics.
Parts are fairly easy to get though and any competent watchmaker should be able to regulate it to be more accurate for a nominal fee.
