Or you could decide to collect foam pads. Now you only have 1 watch to sell to complete the box.
that's pure genius! The new phenomenon. I'm going to start my own Foam Pad youtube channel, start a new culture of flexing foam pads with exotic cars and post multiple instagram shorts of foam pads in exotic locations. I will licence Foam Pad content and create a zeitgeist that means that 'in-house' developed foam pads have more cachet than bought-in pads and will limit supply so that ADs have to hand-pick those lucky customers (all grey market pad dealers of course) who get to buy a new pad at retail. Eventually Pad micro-brands will appear, as well as fashion pads (eck). Hand-cut pads will attract more buzz than machined ones, and pad finishing wil become a thing. Once that's run its course, I'll start a new trend for selling the cases. Retirement plan....solved.
Old git with large collection of watches ( I mean to sell some, but can never quite get there!!) - likes sports/tool/vintage inspired stuff, as well as geeking out on fine movements
