That´s a silly idea. It would attract people, that we don´t want here (flippers, scalpers...) and WC isn´t using any veryfication of the person. So you could fool people and generate new accounts without any problem.
I assume one would use paypal to escrow money. It works on reddit and fb. It is not llike those platforms enforce goods and services exchanges. and i am a verified monkey on those platforms; i evolved to a penguin here...
