If you bang it against something, sure. I've got an Orient, and first day I wore it, I bumped against a doorframe and scratched the edge of the mineral glass crystal.

Thinking about it yeah it could be physical contact from the door, by the way is there any solution on how to fix the dent?

On the metal? Not really. Might be a BB Le to get it polished so it doesn't show. Or you could get a new case and swap the modure to the new case. But honestly, I'd say to just live with it. Any kind of fix will be a significant portion of the cost of the watch.
This is just a plastic watch with a thin metal layer on top. Happens to a lot of Casios. For 50 bucks you will have to live with scratches and dents, I’m afraid. Only full metal G-Shocks take a beating, but they get scratches too.

It's not normal. The fact you made it the month is incredible. Usually that happens after only a day or two 😂
These are just shiny plastic watches. They dent and scuff very easily. It adds to the charm in my view.
Enjoy!
In every collection have to have a casio!!!!
