Hey, I got a shout out! It was to explain how @Aurelian could make fun of your clearly wrong choice of watch, but still quite a thrill for me! I was surprised how little ribbing I got last year, @JBird7986 was the only one I felt really let me have it!
I don't think I will participate this year because I have tried to stop posting in WRUW. I was getting addicted to the dopamine hit of having people comment on my posts. I found that I would see a watch and immediately think "I bet I would get so many comments if I bought that and posted it!" I have been so much happier with my current watches since not posting anymore... That being said, I am looking forward to enjoying it from the sidelines this year.
I don't know exactly how accurate it is, but it is quartz and months go by and the minute hand doesn't need to be adjusted. If you need more accuracy then that I don't think any watch without a seconds hand is probably the right choice.
