What do you know about MuDu and Gloria Geneva?

Hey there, new Cruncher here!

I was wondering if any of you have some information you could share about these two watches (or even their respective brands) from my collection. They have been handed down to me and unfortunately not much is known about them except they were probably bought in the UK sometime between the 60s and 70s 😅

I can’t seem to find much online about either of them, so cheers to anyone with more knowledge than me 🍻

I mean…

Great article on MuDu and Brevinex here

and this was the one of the first hits when you search on Google for the Gloria Geneve, which is essentially your watch albeit with a slightly more patinated dial. I would have suggested it was a Landwron based on the dial layout and age, the style is not particular unique, but the watch is classic and very desirable. Jean Richard, pre-Aquastar, Landeron-powered chronograph makes it slightly more interesting from a heritage perspective.

Have you tried Google lens? It should give some results you could follow. 🤷

Well that gives me quite a bit to work with, I somehow missed out on those articles 🫣

Cheers for pointing them out to me!
